Policies
Parents:
Dropping Off:
- Please do not drop off more than 5 minutes early for their class.
- Do not block the entrance to the parking lot. The entrance is narrow and cars cannot get in or out of the parking lot if you stop here.
- If you are just dropping off your athlete, please do so by pulling into the parking lane on McEwen and have your child exit the car on the Rogue’s side as to not have them stepping into the street.
- The handicap parking space is NOT a drop off space! If you do not have a handicap license plate or placard DO NOT pull into the handicap spot even to just drop off or pick up.
Viewing from the lobby:
- If you choose to stay in the lobby to watch your child’s class, we ask that you be respectful of others and the gym.
- Try to speak quietly so as not to disrupt the dance classes or the other parents watching their child.
- Please clean up after yourself and your child.
- Do not allow your child to run around and play in the lobby.
- The lobby is for quietly viewing only.
- If you cannot be respectful of the gym and others while using the lobby, you will be asked to leave.
- Accompanying Adults are not allowed out in the gym in the floor area or on any equipment.
For Camps, Open Gyms, and Clinics we require a guardian to come in and sign in and out for their camper(s). Bring your ID with you.
Do not bring your child if they are displaying symptoms of sickness within the past 24 hours. If they appear ill or have a temp over 99.5 degrees, they will be sent home.
Class Kids/Campers:
- Class/Camp Kids: Athletes should wear comfortable athletic attire without zippers or buttons that can pinch or scratch the skin. Girls can wear leotards or dance/cheer practice wear. Hair must be secured up and away from the face. Shorts should be modest and shirts long enough to tuck into the shorts or pants.
- Campers: Please bring lunch, water bottle, and 2 snacks. Snacks and drinks are available for purchase in our vending machines.
- Camps: There are no refunds for missed camps. In order to receive a credit on your Rogue account, you must send in a cancellation notice at least 12 hours in advance.
General Gym Policies:
- Communication – Stay subscribed to our email. These announcements will keep you up to date on important schedule changes, gym closures, camp dates, new programs, & much more!
- Make-Up Classes – For any missed class you will receive a make-up token. To use a make-up token you must be actively enrolled in a Rogue class. Typically make-up tokens expire 30 days from the date of the missed class BUT in Summer your make-up tokens from June 1st on will not expire till the end of September. That way your child can stay enrolled and not risk losing their spot in class and even with extended travel you have plenty of time to make up the class. Please contact us to use your make-up classes.
- Tuition – Monthly class tuition is due on the 25th of each month. We ask that you keep an updated card on file for easy auto-pay. A $15 late fee will be assessed to accounts on the 6th day of the class month.
Withdrawal – We require a 30-day WRITTEN drop notice. You are responsible for payment during that time.
Billing Authorization
I represent and warrant that if I am purchasing something or paying for a service from this facility or from other merchants through this facility that (i) any credit card or bank account draft (ACH Draft) information I supply is true and complete, (ii) charges incurred by me will be honored by my credit card company or financial institution, and (iii) I will pay the charges incurred by me at the posted prices, including any applicable taxes, fees, and penalties.
I hereby authorize (if online payment is made or autopay information is provided) this facility to charge my ACH draft or credit card account on an ongoing basis. I understand that a 30 day written notice is required to terminate billing. I am responsible for payment whether or not my student attends classes until I notify this facility in writing to drop my student from class(es) with 30 days notice IN WRITING AT THE FRONT DESK.
Should I dispute a charge through my financial institution this will constitute a breach of contract possibly resulting in, but not limited to, penalties, additional fees, collection, legal action, and/or termination of any and/or all current and future services.
ENROLLMENT, MAKE UP CLASS, & PAYMENT POLICIES
All classes are operated on a reoccurring monthly basis. There are no semesters or terms. Rogue Athletics schedules lessons based on an average of 4 weekly classes each month; some months have 5 weeks, for example. Classes are reoccurring and continue 12 months per year. If a class is a “private” class and enrollment drops below the minimum of 6 students for “private” operation, then the class becomes an open enrollment class.
Students may make-up a missed class. Classes are not offered closure dates; therefore, there are not make ups for classes not held when Rogue Athletics is closed. Make-up classes must be scheduled in advance through the office; availability is not guaranteed for drop-in make-ups. Future classes that are paid in full and have not yet been attended may receive a credit for any future program enrollment.
Prices for class and practice tuition as well as for events are subject to change without notice.
All classes have open registration, meaning that classes accept new students at any time. When a new student is registered for a class after the beginning of the month, the monthly tuition will be prorated for the weeks remaining in the month.
Cancellation of enrollment must be made 30 days in advance IN WRITING AT THE FRONT DESK. Parents/guardians are responsible for fees due during this 30 day period. It will take 30 days from the date of notification for any cancellation to be processed. Tuition will be charged for the entire 30-day cancellation period.
Rogue Athletics requires authorization for a credit card on file to be used in the secure class management system to automatically charge monthly tuition on the 25th of each month. For those who choose to pay tuition online, by phone, in person, or by mail, payment is due in advance of the 25th day of the prior month occurring before the 1st day of the month of class. For automatic payment arrangements, Rogue Athletics accepts cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and debit cards.
The returned check/ACH and declined credit/debit fee is $40.
Tuition not paid by automatic withdrawal will incur a $15 late fee on the 6th day of the class month.
Students with an unpaid balance as of the 9th day may be administratively removed from the class to allow another student may fill the spot in a class with 100% enrollment.
The balance of the fee for any event, such as open gym or a birthday party, is due at the start of the event.
GENERAL RULES
Please be prompt when bringing children to classes and team practices. Classes and practices begin on time at the designated time. Children who are late lose valuable opportunities for learning and skill building. Rogue Athletics asks that children wait in the building for their rides to arrive, and Rogue Athletics prefers parents/guardians come inside the building to retrieve children.
Notices may be handed out, emailed, or posted in advance about closings. Holidays and closings factored into the cost of tuition.
Children showing signs of illness such as runny noses, coughs, and fever (≤100°F) are asked not to attend class. The child may make-up any class for absence due to illness. Rogue Athletics will not refund, discount, or prorate tuition paid for missed classes.
Boys or girls may wear tucked in shirts or tank tops. Athletes should wear shorts that end above the knee. Girls may also wear leotards. Denim material is not appropriate for neither team practices nor classes. Hair should be pulled neatly and securely away from the face for the entire workout. Girls should not wear hair ornaments that may cause discomfort during activity. No chewing gum or jewelry are allowed. Personal items should be left in cubbies for classes or in lockers for team practices. The Rogue Athletics staff and coaches will not be responsible for any items that may be lost or stolen. Be sure each of an athlete’s personal items are marked with the athlete’s name.
Guardians may stay in the lobby and watch class. Guardians are not allowed to sit in the gym during class, unless their participation is part of the class, such as the case of a Parent-Tot gymnastics class.
